I use the analytical and systemic approaches. The systemic approach focuses on relationships between a group of people like families, co-workers, sports teams, couples... rather than solely on an individual's thoughts and feelings. Analytical psychotherapy provides help focused on the subject’s internal conflicts. This approach is based on the verbal interpretation of the patient’s words and aims to clarify his behaviours and emotions in order to make the internal conflicts he encounters disappear.
